Pricing Policy
Woofbnb.in does not follow a definite pricing policy as the prices charged are set by individual sitters registered on the website. Price for 24 hr boarding and day care is Minimum Rs 100/- and Maximum Rs 2,500/- per day per pet to be charged by the sitter within the given range.
Registration for membership with us is not chargeable, but when a user avails the services provided like registering oneself as a host, he/she should be aware of the prices charged by the individual sitters.
We have the sole ownership of the website and its policies regarding all and sundry and possess the right to make changes in the fee structure for the introduction and modification in our existing services. We as the sole authority can at any time alter or introduce restructured fees and credit policy of the existing services or the newly introduced ones. The changes thus occurred are immediate in effect and shall be duly posted on our website. All the monetary transactions should happen using the Indian currency, payable only to Atmoscare Private Ltd., unless specified otherwise.
The users are liable to pay all fees (including all applicable taxes, charges and cesses that are levied at the time of transaction) associated with the use of the Website. Non-payment of dues to Atmoscare Private Ltd. or any of the registered user of www.woofbnb.in (as per the requirement) may result in suspension of their membership with our website, curtailed access of our services and also a probability of legal action in case of any such defiance.
There is a provision for penalty in the situation of any incident regarding cancellation of services opted by the customers. The penalty for cancelation of the service agreement can be levied to the customer as well as the service provider or the host, depending upon the situation. There are various facilities up on offer such as dog hosting, day care and dog walking and cancelation of any of these will amount to the below elaborated terms of penalties.
A day of hosting fee will be deducted in case of a confirmed cancellation occurring within a day the actual hosting starts. Both the customer and the host are liable under the cancellation charge levied.
A penalty of Rs.100 will be charged to the customer in the case of cancellation two days prior the decided hosting date and the rest of the amount will be transferred back to the customer.
If the user cancels the hosting agreement one day before the actual day on which hosting begins, he/she will have to pay the charges for one day as a penalty. Remaining amount will be refunded through online bank transfer.
The user must have the knowledge that our website solely acts as a medium of pet hosting services. Our registered users and third-party partners are responsible for all the listings and advertisings put up on our website. We have no control whatsoever and have no interest or function to alter or classify any of the content thus transmitted regarding listing and advertising of our website. A user must abide by the following regulations to be able to legally interact with our site.
We only function as a mediator of service deliverance between the transacting parties, i.e., our registered users and possess no interest or regulating prowess with respect to their transactions. It is always suggested that the host and the pet owner acquaint themselves with each other and the pet so as to take better care of the pets. They have the sole obligation of maintaining the best interest of the pet being served temporarily in their premises and under their watch and make decisions accordingly.
It is the duty of all the customers i.e. (pet owners) to make all necessary provisions of contacting them and by the hosts of the pet should an emergency occur of any kind involving their pet. In the case of any medical conditions arising while the pet is with the host should be agreed upon by both the parties that the dog should get immediate care and medical treatment and the cost of which shall be invariably borne by the pet owner. The host in any such condition can also contact us and we’ll try to get in touch with the user at the earliest. The onus of acting in whatever ways deemed necessary by the host at that time shall not become a matter of argument between the pet owner and the host. He must always be relieved from any such liabilities.
All the agreements made through this website between the users shall be treated as legally binding to all the parties. Anyone found breaching or making compromises in the service delivery as promised shall be made liable for appropriate prosecution.
